About Me

In General

I’m Loti and I’m super seventeen.
I Live In North East England with my mum, dad and dog; Toby.

I get on better with older people, and mainly males. But that’s something you’ll get used to girls!

Loads of people tell me I should be a comedian. I live to make people laugh…

Education

I am a student at Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education studying Media: Moving Image. Film and TV production basically. I’m hoping to go to Bournemouth University in September 2010 to study a degree in TV Production.

Job

I’m looking, honest. I used to work in a milkshake bar, and before that I worked on a lingerie stall!

Love

My heart was broken on the 1st of February by a guy I dated for 3 years. You’ll probably see in my posts that I’m not quite over that.

TV

I’m addicted to TV and American comedies, and even if I pick up the accent after i’ve watched it, i still watch it again.

Performing

I am an actress, singer and a dancer. I aspire to be famous, but we all know we have to live in the real world! I love to act because it’s a way of expressing myself just like my writing. I have a grade 5 distinction in singing and I am working towards my LAMDA Bronze Medal in Acting with my amazing private drama teacher, Brian Blakey. I don’t dance professionally but I used to at Cliftons Dance Academy and I got Highly Commended in Rock and Roll and Disco when I was about 10, lol :)
I act at Caxton Theatre because it’s the coolest place ever and all the people there understand exactly how I feel.

Rob Till is an amazing director and taught me my first acting skills.

Brian Blakey my drama teacher is like the grandad I never had.

Loves and Hates

I love Windows Media Player it knows just how I’m feeling and plays all the right music.
I love Photography because it’s the only art I can actually do well. I love to express myself in pictures as you will see in ‘My Photos’.
I hated secondary school. I had the worst time of my life and I couldn’t wait to leave. I wish every day of my life I could just start it all over again, but we all make mistakes and learn from every minute. Now I’m happy at the Grimsby Institute, with new friends and a whole new me. 2009, here we go.

Writing

Writing is my life. I’m always writing poems, rhymes, plays, plot lines, in my head. Every waking moment is a story. In fact, if someone wrote a book about my life, it would be a best selling novel, i’ve had that many experiences. I’ve made my mistakes, but everyone does and I choose to write about them. I published a novel on www.lulu.com back in December 2007 and I recently had a documentary made on my writing successes for a friend’s college project. I’ll have to upload that sometime. I have also had a stage musical performed at my local theatre. :)

It all started when…

I first knew that I had a talent for writing, when I attended a writer’s workshop at my local theatre. It was run by Andy Evans, who has supported me endlessly since then. He hates me when I say it but Andy is the guy who keeps me writing. Every time I write I think of all the good advice he has given me. When I am rich and famous, it will all be down to him and I will never forget that.

Genre

Generally, I have a reputation for writing really depressing stuff. I am hoping to change that and give myself more range. Most of the things I write are very ‘spur of the moment’ but hopefully one day will turn into something be and spectacular.

Contact

Contact me, because I love people’s opinions on my writing, even if they are bad, because then I can learn from them. Email? Littleloti@yahoo.co.uk.

Enjoy. Piacere. Apprécier.

Loti Bradley.
